We are seeking a dynamic Administration Officer for 20hours per week. Applications close 12th May 2023, unless filled prior to the closing date. Primarily focused on the administration and financial aspects of the House of Prayer, this diverse role will see you engaging with regular community members and groups, liaising with service providers, managing the day to day diary of the House, setting up function spaces, organising catering and providing hospitality to guests.
The Administration Officer will work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 2pm with flexibility to work earlier or later, Tuesdays or weekends should it be required. The role will be paid under the Clerks-Private Sector Award Level 3 (depending on qualifications and experience).
